MAI: How did you become a ring girl?

Laura: I actually use to watch cage rage at Wembley Arena and thought to myself its something that I would love to do. I then got asked by a friend to fill in her for her one day as a promo girl because she was ill. At my first time working there Dave (the owner of cage rage) asked me to be a ring girl instead! the rest is history!!!

MAI: You have modeled for a lot of publications now, did that start from being a ring girl?

Laura: The modeling actually came first. I have modeled since a really young age. But since becoming a ring girl I have opened my wings and regularly appear in MMA mags as well as mainstream men’s magazines.

MAI: What where you doing before you started modeling?

Laura: I've always been an exhibitionist, and have sung, danced and act from a very young age. I got scouted for a top agency when I was 15 at Bakerloo tube station and the modeling kinda went from there!

MAI: What’s happened with your career since you started?

Laura:I've appeared in many men’s mags worldwide. I have appeared in adverts, music videos and movies, its all gone a little crazy if I'm honest!!

MAI: What do you like best about being a ring girl? Laura: I love the buzz I get off watching and working at MMA events. I think it’s the biggest rush ever! Plus there are loads of fit guys! Haha

MAI: What do you think of MMA?

Laura: I think MMA is really really up and coming. It seems to be growing and growing and more and more people are showing an interest in mixed martial arts. I am a big fan!

MAI: What do you do to stay in shape? Laura: I dance a lot, try to go to the gym at least twice a week, but if I’m honest that rarely happens!! I’m also renown for taking over any dance floor in a club so that probably helps too!

MAI: Where do you see yourself in the future?

Laura: hopefully staying within MMA as it’s a big interest of mine now. I would also like to move my modeling career as far as possible and maybe also go into TV and acting! So a little of everything!

MAI: Do you have a favorite fighter?

Laura: hmmmm tricky one.....I have to say Tom Watson. He's entrances are always very entertaining and he becomes a better fighter with every fight...One to watch I think!

MAI: Good luck with your career!

Laura: Thank you so much!! X
