It is with great pleasure I am able to share with you some of my experiences while wandering my path. Over the years I have been very fortunate to train with some great teachers, each one in the top of their fields.This has given me an insight into the Martial Arts and Healing, which has changed my life in direction and quality. It is my hope that this site will help like minded people to become more informed of the great potential for learning and growth that we all have within us.

My deepest regards are to my Wing Chun and Chinese Medicine Teacher, Friend and Mentor Robert Chu Sifu. He is a remarkable man, gifted to a level beyond that which most of us could believe. I am and always will be eternally grateful to him for all his teachings. I am honoured to uphold our family’s martial arts and medicine. The process of learning with him has forever enriched my life.

I would like to give great thanks to my Sensei - Eddy Millis of Shark Tank LA. He has completed my skills with his endless knowledge and great teaching ability. To have been given the honour to represent the famous Shark Tank in the UK and NZ is a mile stone in my martial path.

My first teacher in Eskrima - Jude Tucker, helped me very much and I still hold him in high regard.I owe additional thanks and respect for my starting point in the Filipino Arts to Pat O'Malley in Rapid Arnis - which gave me a strong fundamental understand of the arts of Eskrima.Thanks to Jack Kontou - his hardcore approach to training set me up with a strong mind and body. A man with lot of heart!

I would like to thank my Eskrima teacher Guru Mark Wiley for his excellent instruction and friendship. Learning his art of Integrated Eskrima was a true education in the Filipino Arts. Mark is unlimited in his knowledge of the Filipino Martial Arts and continues to be a strong influence upon myself. To represent his name and art is a great honour for me. Dr Wiley has also shared so much with me in the field of Chinese Medicine and Healing.

Chasing my love of Catch Wrestling over the years - I must thank - Matt Furey for giving me a my start in Catch. Tony Cecchine for his insights. Then I must show my great respect to Johnny Huskey, who I now look too for progression in the art.

World Champion Leo Negao - Carlson Gracie black belt from Brazil has been a great inspiration in me, taking my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from strength to strength. I look forward to the path ahead with him.

I would like to give special thanks to my Tui Na teacher Maria Mercati - a leading authority on Asian Bodywork. She leads by example and is always full of inspiration. Without her help I would not have been able to begin my journey in Chinese Medicine with such vigour and grounding.

Thank you to all my students for their support and hard work. I hope they become more mindful the longer they continue on their journey. They give me a reason to continue wandering my path.My Iron Wolves fight Team have become a driving force and have given me training partners and friends that I could not do without. Arooooh!

Steve Cotter has been a strong force in the right path for me in terms of conditioning methods - a true brother in arms. Many more have taught and shared with me and I would like to sent out my thanks to them all.

And finally, a big thank you to my wife Carron and daughter Sophie, for their love and the happiness they give me.
